Platform Owner: first hour

This page is for Platform Owners only.

You work in the Platform Owner cabinet at platform-admin.<domain>.

If you sell license keys to customers, stop. Use the Vendor console instead: console.<domain>.

Before you start

  1. Confirm you are a Platform Owner (not only a Vendor).
  2. Get the real host from your admin (replace <domain>).
  3. Have a login for Management (same account family as other cabinets).

Steps (first hour)

  1. Open platform-admin.<domain> in your browser.
  2. Sign in.
  3. Read the banner: it should say you are in the Platform Owner cabinet — not “Vendor”.
  4. Open Tenants.
  5. Find or create the tenant you need (a company that will use the platform).
  6. Open Platform plans (PlatformPlan catalog).
  7. Check which SaaS plan the platform offers to tenants.
Internal plans stay operator-only; choose Public only for a plan intended for the future anonymous pricing catalog. Active status alone is not public.
  8. Do not look for “issue license key” or “customer product” here — those belong to Vendor.
  9. If you also sell keys, use the cabinet switcher to open Vendor Console.
  10. When unsure which site to open, return to Who am I? Which cabinet?.

What not to do here

  • Do not issue vendor license keys in Platform Admin.
  • Do not call PlatformPlan a “license plan” for end customers.
  • Do not mix Platform Owner and Vendor menus in one sidebar.
