Customer: first look

This page is for customers who use licenses.

You work in the Customer portal at portal.<domain>.

You do not create products or issue keys here. That is the Vendor’s job.

Before you start​

  1. Get your portal address from your vendor or admin (replace <domain>).
  2. Have the login they gave you.
  3. Have your license key ready if they asked you to enter it.

Steps (first look)​

  1. Open portal.<domain> in your browser.
  2. Sign in.
  3. Find your licenses list.
  4. Open one license to see status and dates.
  5. Open devices (or similar) to see where the license is used.
  6. If something is missing, ask your Vendor — not the Platform Owner.

What not to do here​

  • Do not open console.<domain> unless you are also a Vendor.
  • Do not open platform-admin.<domain> unless you are a Platform Owner.
  • Do not share your license key in chat or email without care — treat it as a secret.
